Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

2. LinkedIn Integration

Our Service integrates with LinkedIn to provide content creation and posting services. You understand and agree that:

• You must comply with LinkedIn's terms of service when using our Service.
• You are granting us permission to access your LinkedIn account for the purposes of providing our Service.
• We are not responsible for any changes LinkedIn may make to their platform that may affect our Service.
• LinkedIn may limit or revoke our access to their platform at any time, which may affect your ability to use certain features of our Service.

3. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Service are offered on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select. At the end of each period, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.

You may cancel your subscription either through your online account management or by contacting our customer support team. You will receive a confirmation email upon cancellation, and your subscription will continue until the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or update our subscription plans and pricing at any time. Any changes to pricing will be communicated to you via email prior to implementation.

4. Content

Our Service allows you to generate, edit, and post content. You are responsible for all content that you post via our Service, including but not limited to:

• Ensuring the content does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Reviewing and approving AI-generated content before it is published.
• Taking responsibility for the impact and consequences of your content on your professional reputation.

While we generate content suggestions based on your preferences and profile, you retain full control over what is published to your LinkedIn account. We are not responsible for any negative outcomes resulting from content you choose to publish.

5. Free Trial

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a trial subscription for a limited period of time. You may be required to provide payment information to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.

6. Refunds

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy for new Premium subscribers. If you're not satisfied with our Service within the first 7 days, you can request a full refund by contacting our support team.

For cancellations after the 7-day refund period, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and no refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 10xBuddy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
